The current seventh member of Team Sol, a band of Edenites working for the Joint Staff. These eight members serve individual branches of the service, working among their fellow soldiers on the field of duty to protect the Ten Empire from PHALANX and their armies of machines and psionic soldiers. When their CO calls on them, however, they go on "special assignments" and the Team comes together to go on suicide missions and vigilantism. Around the late 21st century, the Peruvian Government was suffering from so much pollution and deforestation, the President declared a national cleanup of their environment. To much of everyone's surprise, including the United Earth Federation, the program worked. Peru was able to increase it's natural resources by 70 percent. By the 23rd century, Peru is targetted by dozens of other nations as one of the most strategic positions on the planet, dealing with much international embassies, skirmishes on Peruvian territory and more. In response, the nation had declared a lockout. No more embassies or international contact would ever be allowed for the following 30 years. In frustration, Neo USA's secretary in defense launched, in secret, an army to take over the peruvian government by force, which would've led to the annexation of Peru if it were not for the sudden rise of Mutant Zero.

Peter Bolger, a Peruvian with Puerto Rican heritage on his mother's side(Pueto Rico is still a US territory), once enjoyed the trips inbetween his home country and the island to which he shared heritage from. When he was six, however, the Puerto rican government closed off all access to the outside world. Contact with the outside world was supervised, and he rarely got to speak with his mother, who was living in Puerto Rico during the Lockout. When the americans attacked by surprise, it was a mixed blessing. He had been shot in the stomach and would've died if hadn't been for the Grecian strangers that offered him a way out. They managed to escape, but he was taken from one prison into another, where he was converted into the wolf edenite he is.

His memory wiped clean from the freezing process like all the other mutants, Peter was given a social security number and a life in Neo-Twin Pillars. But his powers had awakened unexpectedly, and he'd wound up killing the girl he'd been dating that day. Pursued by the abrasive Mokvar, he was nearly beaten to death by police brutality before put into yet another prison, where he was to be given the death sentence after a thirty minute long trial. General Kings showed up to him and helped him escape death. Though he did "die" during the execution, he had only faked his only death and become the newest member of Team Sol. No longer able to use Peter Bolger, he adopted the nickname Jonas had given to him :"Omniphobe".

Omniphobe, though he can't remember all of his life, has lived a life of imprisonment, being caught in one hole after another. Though he logically agrees that his life has been rather unhappy and that he deserves something better, he subconsciously manipulates his life to making it as bad as it really is. This is much like the cases of abused spouses who end off divorcing people in favor of those who're just as bad, or even worse. He comes across as a complainer, one who usually gripes about the smallest things to often personal issues. As a result, some of the members of Team Sol have learned not to take him too seriously.

Insecure and frustrated, Omniphobe has a short temper that easily flares and thus comes across as very unlikable. Though he has a hard time relating to others, he really is a caring and good-natured person on the inside. What he's really looking for is someone who cares. He has a difficult time getting along with Jonas, Sierra, and Dimitri for reasons even he can't understand(Possibly due to his history with the Neo-American invasion of Peru). The only two members that seem to understand him are Timothy and Sel; Timothy is a natural listener, and actually does console Omniphobe during his most trying times. As for Sel, he feels can relate to her on a certain level. Though their personalities do differ, the two of them were both convicts at one point in their lives. As a result, Omniphobe often socializes with her much more. It's been suspected by Ironheart that the two might be in love.

Omniphobe's powers are that of the Illusionist, a Telepath Type. Much like William Oxford(Edenite 23), through optical hypnosis, he is able to cause chemical imbalances within the brain to conjure up audio and visual hallucinations powerful enough to respond to the target's stimuli, whether it be pleasurable or painful. Unlike most telepaths, who can create a network with someone's mind without necessarily making eye contact, the linking between the Illustionist and the Target requires full eye contact. Otherwise, the power has no effect, including audio hallucinations. Thus, a blind man in technicality is completely immune to illusions.

Omniphobe's illusion powers are a bit more specialized, however. His illusions are a darker, more primal form of illusion that is unique for each individual, something that he has no control over. His chemical imbalances reach into the very depths of their subconscious and pull out the person's deepest, darkest feelings of pure and utter terror. His girlfriend he'd killed by accident was a hydrophobe, and thus he had conjured an illusion to where she was drowning in the alleyway. To the one not trained to discipline their mind, these illusions feel so real, that your own brain will not be able to handle these new stimuli and chemical balances, resulting in some very permanent side effects. Anything ranging from dying or a form of post-traumatic stress, or even becoming permanently schizophrenic. It depends on the illusion conjured and how terrifying it is to the target. Usually, however, the illusions will just kill them. Omniphobe despises his powers, considering it and himself a curse, which only makes him shun others even more. To no surprise, this has no effect on Drones.

There's nothing really too special about Omniphobe's uniform. Aside from simple bionics to enhance his vision and ability to link with others through eye contact, the only thing that distinguishes him is the mask he wears, which serves no other purpose except for protecting his eyes, the most vital part of his power. Without his eyes, he is completely powerless. The thought of having them removed hasn't been beyond his thought, but Omniphobe has enough self-respect to not go through with it.
